1. Eligibility: Only students aged 18 years or older are eligible for the stock trading tutoring service.

2. No Guarantees: The tutor does not guarantee any specific investment outcomes or profits from trading activities by the student. Stock trading involves risks, and students should be aware of the potential for financial loss.

3. Educational Purpose: The tutoring service is provided solely for educational purposes. The tutor will teach students about stock market concepts, strategies, and techniques, but students are solely responsible for their trading decisions.

4. Confidentiality: Any personal or financial information shared by the student during the tutoring sessions will be kept confidential. The tutor will not disclose such information to third parties without the student's consent, except as required by law.

5. Non-Transferable: The tutoring service is non-transferable. Students cannot transfer their tutoring sessions or materials to others without the tutor's explicit permission.

6. Cancellation Policy: Students must provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellation or rescheduling of tutoring sessions. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of the session fee.

7. Payment: Payment for tutoring services is due in advance of each session. The tutor will specify the payment amount and accepted payment methods. Payment: For regular students, tuition fees must be paid in accordance with the agreed-upon schedule. However, tutoring sessions for disabled individuals will be provided free of cost as a charitable service.

8. Code of Conduct: Students are expected to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully during tutoring sessions. Any form of harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in termination of the tutoring relationship.

9. Feedback: Students are encouraged to provide feedback on the tutoring experience to help improve the quality of the service. Constructive criticism and suggestions for improvement are welcomed.

10. Limitation of Liability: The tutor shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of the tutoring service, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, internet or power connectivity or data.

These terms and conditions aim to clarify the expectations and responsibilities of both the tutor and the student, ensuring a transparent and productive tutoring relationship.

Termination: Either party reserves the right to terminate the tutoring arrangement with reasonable cause. In the case of termination, any outstanding fees must be settled promptly, and any prepaid sessions may be refunded at the discretion and decision of the tutor.
