Welcome to Dosturi. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the Dosturi digital marketplace. By creating an account, browsing the platform, or registering as a merchant, you agree to be bound by these clauses.

1. User Accountability and Account Registration Users must provide authentic, complete, and updated information during the onboarding workflow. You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and restricting unauthorized device access.

2. Merchant and Vendor Policies Sellers registering a commercial instance on Dosturi must adhere to strict platform standards:

• Product Accuracy: Merchants must upload accurate product names, descriptions, pricing, and images. Misleading listings may result in immediate product rejection or store suspension.

• Platform Approval: All new vendor accounts are placed in a 'Pending' evaluation tier. Administration reserves the right to approve or reject accounts based on verification criteria and submitted documents.

• Operational Compliance: Shops must maintain accurate schedules, delivery indicators, and honor pricing presented to the buyer.

3. Fees, Subscriptions, and Payment Processing Dosturi operates on a subscription structure for listed vendors:

• Subscription Packages: Fees are set according to dynamic platform metrics or customized parameters.

• Payment Routing: Digital transaction processing is conducted securely via integration points (such as bKash utilities). Transactions remain subject to merchant service limits and verification procedures.

• Suspension: Failure to settle recurring subscription invoices upon the scheduled end date can trigger temporary portal restriction or listing deactivation.

4. Prohibited Activities Users and sellers are strictly prohibited from utilizing the platform to list illegal substances, restricted weapons, counterfeit materials, or violating intellectual property guidelines. Engaging in fraudulent order placing or generating systemic spam will result in instant termination.

5. Limitation of Liability Dosturi functions as a connective marketplace infrastructure coordinating relationships between buyers and vendors. We do not manufacture, store, or inspect items sold through independent shops. Dosturi shall not be liable for damages, lost profits, or delivery structural breakdowns arising from transactions hosted on the service.

6. Governing Law These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the consumer protection and electronic transaction framework laws of Bangladesh.
