3. Background Location Usage (Prominent Disclosure) Dosturi collects location data to enable real-time delivery and transport tracking while the active trip or delivery is running in the background.

• For Riders: Location data is used to track the delivery progress so customers can see your real-time location only while you are on an active delivery.

• For Transport/Buses: Location data is used to share the vehicle's live position with waiting passengers during an active trip. Location data is only shared with the specific customers or users tracking that respective active order or trip.

4. How We Use Your Information We use the collected data for the following purposes:

• To facilitate real-time tracking of deliveries and transport vehicles.

• To manage your account and process earnings.

• To send administrative information, such as updates, security alerts, and support messages.

• To maintain and improve the security and functionality of the App.

5. Data Sharing and Disclosure We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share your information only in the following situations:

• With Customers: Real-time location and phone numbers (if provided) are shared with customers/passengers to facilitate smooth pickups and deliveries.

• Third-Party Service Providers: We use trusted third-party services (such as Firebase for push notifications and standard hosting services) that strictly adhere to data protection standards.

• Legal Obligations: If required by law, court order, or government regulation.

• Revoke location permissions at any time through your device settings (Note: This will disable the core tracking functionalities of the App).
