1. Information We Collect To provide an efficient multi-vendor marketplace experience, we collect several types of information from our users:

• Personal Account Data: Name, email address, username, password, phone number, and delivery address provided during registration.

• Role-Specific Data: For Buyers, we track order history and addresses. For Sellers/Merchants, we collect shop name, shop category, contact number, business documents, and subscription details.

• Location Data: Precise or approximate location data (latitude and longitude) from your device.

• Camera and Photos/Storage: We request access to your device's camera and photo library to allow users (especially Sellers) to capture and upload images for shop banners, product listings, or delivery proofs. Images are strictly used for platform functionality. 

• Microphone and Audio Data: We request microphone access to allow merchants to record voice-based directions for their shops. This audio data is saved to enhance customer navigation and is not used for any other tracking or recording purposes. 

2. Prominent Disclosure: Location Data Usage Dosturi requires access to your device's location data to enable its core marketplace, delivery, and transport functionalities.

• For Buyers/Customers (Foreground Location): We collect and process latitude and longitude coordinates when the application is running in the foreground or when you explicitly use the "Detect My Location" feature. The purpose is to calculate the distance between your current position and available shops, allowing us to sort and display the nearest vendors first.

• For Riders & Transports (Live Tracking): Dosturi collects location data to enable live delivery and transport tracking while the application is in use. This ensures customers and passengers can track their active orders in real-time.

• Transparency: This data is strictly utilized to enhance geographical filtering and live tracking. It is never sold to third-party advertisers.

3. How We Use Your Information We use the collected information for purposes including:

• Creating and managing user, merchant, and rider accounts.

• Sorting vendors and products based on closest geographical proximity.

• Facilitating real-time GPS tracking of deliveries and transport vehicles.

• Facilitating secure digital transactions, subscription payment verification, and bKash payment gateway processing.

• Providing voice-based maps, customer service, and technical notifications.

4. Data Sharing and Third-Party Disclosures We do not share your personal data with third parties except in the following limited situations:

• Between Buyers and Sellers: Necessary contact details and delivery addresses are shared with the merchant to fulfill placing and delivering orders.

• Payment Gateways: Relevant billing information is processed securely through automated integrations (such as the bKash payment utility).

• Legal Compliance: When required by law, subpoena, or government authority.

5. Data Retention and Account Deletion Policy In compliance with global data privacy rules and Google Play requirements, we provide straightforward data management tools:

• Retention: We retain data as long as your account remains active or as needed to comply with financial auditing regulations.

• Deletion: Users can request complete erasure of their personal information and account removal directly through the profile settings interface inside the application. Upon a verified request, your account status is modified (Soft Delete), and personal entries are permanently removed or anonymized from our production systems.
