• Role-Specific Data: For Buyers, we track order history and addresses. For Sellers/Merchants, we collect shop name, shop category, contact number, business documents, and subscription details.

• Location Data: Precise or approximate location data (latitude and longitude) from your device.

2. Prominent Disclosure: Location Data Usage Dosturi requires access to your device's location data to enable its core marketplace functionality.

• Purpose: We collect and process latitude and longitude coordinates to calculate the distance between your current position and available shops, allowing us to sort and display the nearest vendors first.

• Access Type: Location data is collected when the application is running in the foreground or when you explicitly use the "Detect My Location" feature.

• Transparency: This data is strictly utilized to enhance geographical filtering and order matching and is never sold to third-party advertisers.

3. How We Use Your Information We use the collected information for purposes including:

• Creating and managing user and merchant accounts.

• Sorting vendors and products based on closest geographical proximity.

• Facilitating secure digital transactions, subscription payment verification, and bKash payment gateway processing.

• Between Buyers and Sellers: Necessary contact details and delivery addresses are shared with the merchant to fulfill placing and delivering orders.

5. Data Retention and Account Deletion Policy In compliance with global data privacy rules and Google Play requirements, we provide straightforward data management tools:

• Retention: We retain data as long as your account remains active or as needed to comply with financial auditing regulations.

• Deletion: Users can request complete erasure of their personal information and account removal directly through the profile settings interface inside the application. Upon a verified request, your account status is modified (Soft Delete), and personal entries are permanently removed or anonymized from our production systems.
