Born into a low-income family living in Toronto, Victoria joined the Army at a young age to alleviate the financial burden on her Single Mother and 12-year-old brother. Her Mother was against the idea, refusing to sign the documentation for Victoria to enlist at 17. Victoria waited until she could enlist at 18. She then proceeded through basic training and served with the Canadian Armed Forces for two years.
While stationed at CFB Valcartier in 2020, her unit encountered a herd of SCP-5893 instances. During this encounter, her unit was ambushed by a CI Force originating from RND-NA-FOB-2. It is believed that the Insurgents were attempting to intercept the herd in an effort to capture them before Foundation forces arrived. As the firefight began, the herd of anomalies fled the area, and personnel from CTF Psi-29 “Pyroraptors” arrived. Psi-29 assisted the CAF in engaging the Insurgency, calling MTF Nu-7 from Reqium-Area-46 as backup. Psi-29 and the CAF suffered major casualties from the Insurgent Forces and were soon to collapse before Nu-7 arrived. Once Nu-7 showed up, the CI force fled. At the recommendation of the Psi-29 operatives, the few survivors of the CAF Company were recruited by the Foundation for their bravery and combat excellence. Victoria was one of the few to meet the mark, having been recruited into Nu-7.
After basic training in Nu-7, Victoria served with the MTF Nu-7 Squad-46 for several years. She travelled throughout North America, briefly visiting the vicinity of several FOBs for regular operations. During an operation in South America, her helicopter was shot down by Insurgent Forces. Victoria survived the incident; however, it appears that she left a piece of herself there. Ever since the incident, she has displayed signs of psychological trauma with a reliance on substance abuse.
During a temporary deployment to a FOB near Site-70, Victoria had assaulted a member of her unit, SSGT “Flint”. She claimed that “Flint” had stolen something of hers. After being thoroughly investigated, it was found that “Flint” had been selling Victoria Xanax and had attempted to upcharge her. She had assaulted “Flint” to retrieve the Xanax, and the commotion drew the attention of their CO, 2LT “Lasko”. It was discovered that Victoria was abusing Xanax and Alcohol.
She was tried as SGM “Rain” on August 19th, 2026. Victoria has been demoted to Sergeant and transferred to Site-66.
