Payment Plans

Students who would like to use a payment plan to spread out payments can contact Mr. Doss at esdoss@gmail.com

Withdrawal

Students who withdraw from the trip before March 1st will lose their down payment and non-reimbursable expenses unless they find someone to take their place. Students who withdraw after March 1st will lose all non-reimbursable expenses (such as airfare, hotels, and fees etc..). Students who have not paid their full amount by March 1st will have their trip canceled and will lose all payments up to that point. Leaving a Trip in progress, for any reason, will not result in a refund, and no refunds will be made for any unused portion of a Trip.

Every reasonable effort will be made to operate the trip as planned, but alterations may still occur after the final itinerary is sent. To get the most out of their experience, Students need to be flexible in responding to unforeseen situations and in taking advantage of unexpected opportunities.

Passports and Visas

Valid passports are required for travel to France and England, students without a valid passport will lose all payments. At the moment, there is no E.U. visa waiver for U.S. citizens for periods of less than 90 days. However, this will change by the end of 2021, when American citizens traveling to Europe from the U.S. will require an ETIAS visa waiver to travel to any of the Schengen zone countries for short stays. Changes to visas may happen because of Brexit, we will try to keep you abreast of any changes.

Health Requirements

The Student must be in good physical condition and mental health. Any condition requiring special attention, diet, or treatment must be reported in writing before travel. Consult a doctor for specific medical advice about any activities or destinations. You must complete and sign the Permission for Emergency Treatment form as a prerequisite for the Student’s participation on the Trip. You certify that the Student has medical insurance which will cover personal accidents, medical expenses, medical evacuation, air ambulance, loss of effects, repatriation costs, and all other expenses which might arise as a result of loss, damage, injury, delay, or inconvenience occurring to the Student, or that in the absence of this medical insurance coverage, you agree to pay all costs of rescue and/or medical services as may be incurred on the Student’s behalf.
