One day, on January 5th, 2025, the future president of Dormia decided to make a country after he stumbled upon a YouTube video called "How to start your own Micronation." So, he thought of a name, created a flag, made a national anthem and that was how Dormia was founded!

Dormian Civil WAR

On March 1st, 2025, the Dormian President passed a law banning Communism in the country, as he didn't like the ideology. However, the people of East and West Cleanson were outraged and seceded from the country that same day at 12:35 PM, the newly formed nation of the Communist Republic of North Dormia declared war on Dormia, thus starting the Dormian Civil War. The following day, Dormia lost to the Battle of Entraland at 10:45 AM. And later that same day, the Nation of Borrowland formed an alliance with North Dormia at 12:20 PM. 4 hours and 2 minutes later at 4:22 PM, North Dormia took over a portion of the Weston Province. A couple hours go by, and Dormia wins the Battle of Restitutio and restores the Weston Province and a majority of the Entra Territory at 5:20 PM. March 2nd, 2025 had to have been the most eventful days in the entirety of the Dormian Civil War. 2 days later, on March 5th, 2025, at 4:10 PM, North Dormia wins the Battle of the Northern South, now claiming the Weston Provinvce and the Entra Territory. Later that same day, at 5:59 PM, North Dormia becomes a ruthless dictatorship Now, let's talk about Communist Camps. We don't know when the first Communist Camp was opened because the date wasn't archived, but what we do know is that it opened on March 6th, 2025. and it opened in the North Dormian capital city, "Cleanton." Soon, for every province/territory in North Dormia, there would be 1 of those camps. Leaving the topic of Communist Camps, North Dormia continues on it's reign of Terror, declaring war on the Federation of Zulami on on the 6th of March at 3:37 PM. The war finally ended after the nation of Micronato invaded North Dormia the following day at 3:30 PM. After the President of Dormia heard the news, he publicly declared the war to be over due to Micronato Occupation at 4:30 PM. The land was later given back to the Republic of Dormia. Not only was the Civil War over, Micronation War 2 ended because Blueyland switched sides, Borrowland surrenders, and the Socialist Republic of Paington and the Communist Dictatorship of Dormia both collapesed. (I forgot to mention that North Dormia was apart of Micronation War 2.) Later, the President of the Republic of Dormia made March 7th a federal holiday to remember the Dormian Civil War.

DORMIAN ZORON GROUP

The Zorons were originally apart of the Z.R.R (Zoron Reich Republic) during "Micronation War 1" After the war, it resulted in the allies being victorious, and peace flourished across the micronational world. Until Micronation War 2 happened. But then Micronation 2 was over, and peace once again flourished throughout the micronational community. But, let's rewind. You see, an estimated 7 Zorons fled to the Republic of Dormia after the war, and the president didn't know about it yet. Actually, we didn't find out about that until after the beginning of the Toylandish Revolutionary War. Anyways, the Zorons in Dormia had enough of the president not turning Dormia into a Zoronian Republic, so on March 19, 2025, at 6:03 PM, the Dormian Zoron Group was formed between the Weston Province and the Entra Territory. An Emergency Alert Broadcast went out to every part of the country alerting people about the danger. At 9:09 PM on that same day, the Dorm City Bombing happened. an estimated 4 people were injured and 2 were killed. This was one of the DZG'S Most shocking atrocities, and after the Dorm City bombings, the DZG was classified as a terrorist organization, and the President had to move the capital temporarily to Reston, Centralport Territory. The next day, on March 20, 2025, at 9:35 AM, Dormian troops were sent to the DZG to take over the nuclear weapons. This event was known as the Great Dormian Bomb Hijack. Later that same day, Dormia launched a missile towards the DZG, forcing the group to surrender, and never return again.

NORTH DORMIAN REVOLUTIONARY WAR

The story begins on April 9th, 2025 when the Socialist Republic of Paington came back. Socialist Paington wanted to bring back North Dormia, so they orchestrated Communist Riots that went on from April 10th, 2025 at 7:00 AM to the same day at 3:00 PM. However, The communists were furious and illegally seceded from New Centopia and declared themselves the "2nd Communist Dictatorship of North Dormia" on April 12th, 2025. This led to the Battle of Borderson happening on the same day. It was one of the best battles in Dormian History because not only did Dormia take control of the Border, we took over almost all of North Dormia, leaving only the North Dormia City and the North Dormia City Strip. The next day on 13th of April, Dormia took over the North Dormia City Strip. Not only that, but North Dormia surrendered and signed a peace treaty by the name of the "Treaty of Reston." The treaty said that North Dormia would become a Dormian Puppet State, and all North Dormian Propaganda explicitly targeting Dormia will be removed. This marked the end of the North Dormian Revolutionary War. However, on the 17th of April, 2025, North Dormia was absorbed into the Republic of Dormia.

GREAT ANNIEPHANTIAN WAR

It started on May 9th, 2025 when the Supreme Leader of Anniephantia started something that would change the course of the nation. The leader began a project called "Project RCAT" and formed the nation of R.C.A.T. (Republic of Communist Anniephantian Territories) one of the first things they did is invade one of their allies, "New Randomland." After the attempted invasion, New Randomland declared war on R.C.A.T. The Dictator said that Dormia started the war by being a federation. The ridiculous thing about it is that the Federal Republic of Dormia isn't a Federation. It's a Federal Republic. However, The R.C.A.T. still continued what they were doing, and declared war on Carolania. This was it, Dormia was going to enter the conflict, because Dormia was (and still is) Carolania's ally.  After the R.C.A.T. commented on Carolania's YouTube Channel posts, Dormia, and Carolania got into an argument. Carolania first responded with, "why are doing this to your very own allies? Remember the happy days, Taking the opportunity to be evil is only making you more terrible and hated. It matters who you are." The R.C.A.T. Responded with "it so we can become powerful and get revenge on dormia" Carolania responded with "What did Dormia do?" This is when Dormia replied to the R.C.A.T. saying, just because I didn’t want to give you my land, doesn’t mean that you have to go haywire and invade your own allies." (This was before we found out that the R.C.A.T. did this because we became a Federal Republic) And the R.C.A.T. replied "Dormia became federal and I didn't like that." The R.C.A.T. then asked Dormia, "So can I have some land to make up for it?" Dormia then responded saying, "I explicitly said that my land isn’t for sale. Plus, Pontevedra owns the North of Cabneta. So I’m sorry, but I just can’t." Completely reasonable, right? Well, not if you're the Dictator of the R.C.A.T. He responded saying, "im speaking with Pontevedra." Dormia replied saying, "why do you want land so badly? What got into you?" The Dictator added to the Argument saying, "Because you became a Federation, I didn't like that." Dormia replied with, "Federations and Federal Republics are two different things." Carolania added, "Because being a democratic republic and 0% federative couldn’t have made the Carolanian Civil War more terrible and deadly." The R.C.A.T. said "ik." He then said to Dormia, "okay, just can I have the land, just half an foot?" Dormia replied with, "the fact you’re that desperate for land is absurd." The R.C.A.T. responded saying, "they said I could have half of the land you gave them!" They said again, "Welcome to Micornations, DCAT" Basically saying that Dormia is apart of the R.C.A.T. After some back and forth between Dormia, Carolania, and The R.C.A.T. The argument ended by Dormia and Carolania agreeing to prepare the military. After the Argument, The Dormian President made an Anti-R.C.A.T. song called "No, R.C.A.T." The song was a hit throughout not only Dormia, but Carolania as well. It was such a hit in Carolania, that the song  became the 3rd most listened song in Carolania. (No, R.C.A.T. is a parody of Nyet, Molotov," a Finnish War Song) Four Micronations joined the war on the side of Carolania, and as of May 11, 2025, Carolania ended the Carolanian Alliance replacing it with the Carolanian Alliance Treaty Organization (CATO) The following memebers of this new alliance are, Carolania, United Pacific Islands, D3t3ntion, Novaris, Podland, Dormia, St. Lizards Land, Entenian Kingdom and The Republic of Herria. Talking more about Carolania, They, and New Randomland signed a treaty by the name of, "Treaty of Randomtown." The treaty was created to occupy New Randomland by Carolania in order to protect the government and reclaim SCAT (a R.C.A.T. Territory) Now, let's introduce a new charcater. the Soviet People's Republic of Flinder's Bay. (Now known as the Democratic People's Republic of Flinder's Bay) was collapsing because a kingdom next to their land claimed the micronation without fighting. So, they asked their ally, the RCAT if they could get some aid. The RCAT responded by basically saying, "We will not send you aid, and your nation will join my nation and will be under the name of FCAT without any further question." Flinder's Bay tried to decline the offer, but the RCAT deleted the Flinder's Bay's replies. They seeked help from Dormia, and The President of Dormia helped Flinder's Bay gain independence from the RCAT. Today, Dormia and the Democratic People's Republic of Flinder's Bay are good allies. On the 13th of May, 2025, at 8:30 PM, The RCAT announced that they will cancel project RCAT and brung back Anniephantia, ending the Great Anniephantian War.

THE CRAB ISLAND WAR

The war began on May 19th, 2025, when Crab Island asked the President of Dormia to help take down Flinders Bay. They first responded saying, " u were the one that declared war we were trying to keep peace stop claiming our land." In which Crab island responded saying "Why Should I?" The president of Dormia entered the conversation saying, "Flinder's Bay is and will forever be my ally. We will declare war on you." The dictator of Crab Island was furious, and The President said, "Go ahead and Try Me." This was the start of the Crab Island War. The leader of Flinder's Bay canoed over to Crab Island and took over half of it causing a turning point in the war. The President of Dormia made an Anti-Crab Island song, called "Who's the Worst?" Unlike No, R.C.A.T. from the Great Anniephantian War, Who's the Worst flopped due to not many people knowing who or what is Crab Island, and the song sounded pretty bad. In the end, on the same day Who's the Worst released, the Dictatorship of the Crab Island collapsed. After the collapse of Crab Island, it was divided by Flinder's Bay owning the top part, Carolania owning the land below it, Danland occupying the land below Carolania's land, and finally, Dormia occupying the rest. However, Carolania gave up their claims on Crab Island and gave it to Flinder's Bay.

THE EMVARILES WAR

After the Crab Island War, the Island was divided, but on the Carolanian Occupied Territory, Carolania gave some land to Flinder's Bay, and with the remainder of the Carolanian Occupied Crab Island, the President created the nation of the, "Flinders Coast Republic" (or Greater Flinders Bay Republic) on the 24th of May 2025. 1 day later, the citizens of the Flinders Coast Republic revolted and seceded from Carolania. Now, the new nation called themselves the, "Dictatorship of Flinders Bay and Crab Island." On the same day, they managed to gain land from the DFBCI. During this time, The People's Republic of Celseria, and the Republic of Burgos joined the war. You see, Burgos was temporarily the Capital of Flinders Bay, and at the time, they managed to gain independence from Flinders Bay.  At this point, this was when our nation, the Federal Republic of Dormia joined the war, and we made a song called, "I haven't seen old Burgos." This song became a well-known song throughout the war. The Republic of Burgos fell, along with the DFBCI, and all that was left was the "People's Republic of Celseria." This was when we discovered that the Republic of Celseria existed, and after finding out there nation was overthrown by communists and there was a civil war, we helped them. After a few battles, the People's Republic of Celseria surrendered, and the Republic of Celseria was back again, ending the Emvariles War. (FUN FACT: The word "Emvariles" means Evil in Dormian")

GREAT MICRONATION WAR 1

The war started after the New Catland Revolution, and New Catland Declared war on all of New Randomland's Former allies. Afterwards, The President of Dormia made a song criticizing the New Catland Government. New Catland attempted to invade Carolania, however the attacks have failed. Carolania proposed a division plan of New Catland that was inspired by the division of Germany in 1945. However, on the 7th of June at 8:23 CDT, the Entenian Kingdom launched a full scale invasion on New Catland, and they surrendered to the Entenian Forces. The division plan came to fruition, and justice was served for the traitors of New Randomland. However, the war wasn't over yet. As the 2nd People's Republic of New Catland emerged at 8:42 PM CDT, June 7, 2025. Thankfully, at 7:58 CDT AM, June 8, 2025, The 2nd People's Republic of New Catland collapsed. However, the war was still not over yet, as Krigseria promised to avenge New Catland. Krigseria attempted to invade Carolania, but it failed. Eventually, Krigseria collapsed and a nation by the name of "Bumland" decided to avenge Krigseria, and so he started commenting and replying racial slurs. A week passes, and Carolania announces that Great Micronation War 1 has ended, with the Allies winning! 

DORMIAN-PODLANDISH CONTROVERSY

For 6 months, the Federal Republic of Dormia and the Sovereign Benevolent Dictatorship of Podland were allies. However, one day, a video was shown to the President and the video shown fully changed the Dormian views on Podland. (To learn more about the video, click here) So, we un-allied with Podland, and we informed to the Benevolent Dictator that we have un-allied with them, but we don't want any wars or conflicts to stem from this, and we want to un-ally with y'all peacefully. Podland unfortunately didn't comply, and said they were, "Mobilizing their Military to Invade Dormia" basically threatening to declare war on us. (At this point in time, we are now allies with Objectland) Podland doxxed Objectland. However, Podland got the wrong address, and he said that he lived in "British Columbia" even though he didn't. Podland also reportedly stated that, "Objectland deserved that" which only added fuel to the fire. However, throughout the Controversy, Podland revealed that he has had suicidal thoughts for a while, and eventually, Podland left the community as he was taken away by CPS (Child Protective Services) after the Benevolent Dictator's Father abused him after confessing to him about this thoughts. We have technically won, but at what cost?

DORMIAN-OKDONIAN UNION

On Friday, October 3rd, 2025, President MGRVR of Dormia and the Leader of Okdonia had a meeting, and at the end of said meeting, both leaders decided to form what is now known as the Dormian-Okdonian Union. This decision shocked a few micronations, that being the Freedomland Federation, the Federative Democratic Republic of Carolania, and more. Not much happened while the union existed, and eventually, the union ended on the 10th of October, 2025.

DORMIAN-BETELGEUSIAN RELATIONS

Dormian-Betelgeusian Relations have not been smooth sailing, In fact, GMW2 started over their relations. Betelgeuse was excessively roleplay, as he made a map partitioning Bumland, and he started a crisis with Objectland, and he exiled the Serarnese people. And since Objectland was Dormia's ally, Dormian relations with Betelgeuse worsened. It fully went downhill after the formation of the Anti-Betelgeusian Organization. Jan Pipo, Prime Minister of the Anti-Betelgeusian Organization was mad at this, and he tried to threaten the members by no longer recognizing them, and he even gave the members of the ABO a deadline to leave. Nobody left the ABO during that time period as nobody gave a crap about Jan Pipo's threats. Once the deadline ended, Jan Pipo tore down the Objectlandic and Dormian Embassies, and he even proclaimed the Betelgeusian Empire. A few micronations supported Betelgeuse in this conflict, one of which was Anniephantia. Some of Dormia's allies were allied with Anniephantia, so Dormia made a community post regarding this, and urged all Dormian Allies to end their alliance with Anniephantia, as President MGRVR of Dormia didn't know what type of havoc could begin because of this. He also later than stated that due to this confict, GMW2 would start. President MGRVR of Dormia then tried to make peace with Betelgeuse and his allies. That did not work, as they felt it was unfair and bias. The leader of Dormia then created the "New Treaty of Quanty" and he promised that it was, "actually fair" Shortly after, GMW2 ended, but the rivalry didn't end, as shortly after the conflict ended, Dormia was promoted to Vice Leader of a Micronational Organization by the name of the Unified Micronational Assembly. Velkarin, (The UMA's Former Vice Leader) contacted President MGRVR stating, "Ban Betelgeuse from the UMA, because he supported Galassia for being in too many wars, and too many members of the UMA hate him" So, President MGRVR banned Betelgeuse from ever entering the UMA. Betelgeuse didn't like that and formed their own rival organization called the Union of Free Micronations. However, some micronations, like Gatvya and Carolania did not want to be in the alliance. Carolania even spoke about this in a few of his community posts. After a while, Betelgeuse then disbanded the Micronational Organization. Even though Peace is flourishing between both Dormia and Betelgeuse, diplomatic relations still haven't been repaired, and chances are, it likely never will.
