Pricing & Quotes

At Dorman’s Landscaping & Labour, we believe in fair, transparent pricing based on the scope, location, and nature of each job. Depending on the situation, we will charge either by the hour or provide a flat-rate quote. This decision is made by us based on what makes the most sense for the type of work at hand.

Standard Hourly Rate

$40/hr per worker + cost of materials, disposal fees and any equipment rentals.

This is a common option for jobs like:

• General yard cleanups

• Garden maintenance

• Small hauling or dump runs

How We Price Jobs

For certain jobs, we may choose to offer a flat-rate quote. This allows us to account for all estimated costs in advance.

Hourly pricing is often used for flexible or open-ended work. Quoted pricing is applied when the scope of the project is more defined with a clear start - finish. We’ll always choose the most appropriate pricing structure based on the job as well as to accommodate our clients.

• All quotes include estimated labour, materials, and disposal (if needed).

• GST is added to all invoices.

• A 10% service charge is added to all non-labour items, such as materials, equipment rentals, and disposal costs.
