1 - Uploading a document:

The files that will appear on your computer are the same exact ones that would appear if you were to open any file on your Desktop or in your Documents folder on your computer.

Files on other platforms:
If your account is connected to your Google Drive or another similar system, you will be able to search these platforms in the same way as you would for your computer.
Once you select Browse, in the dialog that appears you will have the option to choose to import from your Google Drive. By selecting this option, you can navigate through your Google Drive folders to find the file in question.
2 - Format not supported:
There are a range of file types you are able to save to your computer, however while the most common file types are supported by [software], some file types may not be compatible.
Receiving a message that reads “format not supported” may indicate the file type you are uploading is not compatible. The most common file types compatible with [software] are: Word Documents, PDF, .JPG images, and PowerPoint files.
