After studying International Business in France, Justine Prior started to work in the oak alternatives business in France and Spain. An opportunity came up to help Doreau to develop their business in Australia in 2012, and Justine has since been building and managing the company in Australia. Learning a lot on the field, she also holds a WSET Level 3 certification with distinction, and regularly judges at Wine Shows around Australia, recently having completed the AWAC.
