Welcome to DoReal.

This User Agreement ("Agreement") governs your access to and use of the DoReal mobile application, widgets, website, and related services (collectively, the "Service") provided by DoReal ("DoReal", "we", "our", or "us").

By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to this User Agreement. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use DoReal.

By using the Service, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 16 years old;

• You are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement;

• The information you provide is accurate and complete.

We do not knowingly allow individuals under 16 years old to create accounts.

2. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account using an email address and password.

Your email address is used solely for account login, authentication, security, and account-related functionality.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials;

• All activities that occur under your account;

• Ensuring your information remains accurate and up to date.

You may not:

• Share your account with others;

• Sell, transfer, or assign your account;

• Impersonate another person or entity;

• Access accounts that do not belong to you.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this Agreement.

3. The Service

DoReal provides tools and social features related to:

• Pacts and accountability challenges;

• Check-ins and streak tracking;

• User-generated progress content;

• Widgets and reminders;

• Community interactions;

• Subscription-based VIP features;

• Consumable in-app purchases.

Features may change, be modified, or removed at any time without prior notice.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of the content you create or upload through the Service, including:

• Pact information;

• Check-ins;

• Profile information;

• Images and media uploaded for check-ins;

• Reports and feedback.

By submitting content, you grant DoReal a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, process, reproduce, display, and distribute such content solely for operating and improving the Service.

We do not use uploaded photos, videos, or user-generated content for advertising purposes.

You represent and warrant that:

• You own the content you upload or have permission to share it;

• Your content does not violate the rights of others;

• Your content complies with applicable laws.

You are solely responsible for the content you create, upload, publish, or share through the Service.

We reserve the right to remove content or restrict accounts that violate this Agreement or may harm users or the Service.

5. Community Features

DoReal may include social and accountability features such as:

• Pacts;

• Check-ins;

• Public profiles;

• Comments;

• Reactions;

• Community interactions.

Content you choose to make public may be visible to other users.

You are solely responsible for the content you publish and your interactions with other users.

We are not responsible for user-generated content or user behavior.

Users may report content or accounts that violate this Agreement.

DoReal reserves the right to review, remove, restrict, or disable access to content or accounts that violate this Agreement, applicable law, or community safety.

6. Community Standards

You agree not to post, upload, or share content that:

• Promotes violence or illegal activity;

• Contains harassment, bullying, threats, or hate speech;

• Is sexually explicit or exploitative;

• Infringes intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights;

• Is misleading, fraudulent, spam, or harmful;

• Contains malicious software or harmful code;

• Impersonates another person or entity.

We may remove content and restrict or terminate accounts that violate these standards.

7. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases

DoReal offers optional paid features through Apple In-App Purchases, including:

• VIP subscriptions;

• Consumable Coin purchases.

Auto-Renewable Subscriptions

VIP subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase.

Your subscription will automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off in your Apple ID account settings.

You may manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple account settings after purchase.

Pricing, trial periods, billing terms, and subscription conditions displayed in the App Store take precedence over any promotional descriptions displayed within the Service.

Deleting your DoReal account does not automatically cancel an active Apple subscription.

Subscriptions must be managed separately through your Apple ID subscription settings.

8. Restore Purchases

If you previously purchased a subscription or eligible in-app purchase, you may restore your purchases using the Restore Purchases feature.

Purchase validation may require communication with Apple and our backend systems.

9. DoReal Coins

DoReal may offer consumable Coin purchases.

Coins are digital credits that may be used to unlock selected premium features.

Coins:

• Have no cash value;

• Are not redeemable for money;

• Are non-transferable;

• Are non-refundable except where required by law.

Unused Coins may be forfeited when an account is deleted or terminated.

10. Device Permissions

DoReal may request access to:

• Camera;

• Microphone;

• Photo Library;

• Push Notifications;

• App Tracking Transparency, where applicable.

These permissions are used for:

• Check-ins;

• Media uploads;

• Profile customization;

• Reminders and notifications;

• Widget functionality;

• Attribution measurement;

• Analytics and campaign performance evaluation;

• Service improvement.

Microphone access is used to record audio during supported features.

You may revoke permissions through your device settings at any time, although some features may no longer function properly.

11. Widgets and App Groups

DoReal may use Apple App Groups and Widgets to display selected app-related information on your device.

Widget-related data sharing is limited to supporting widget functionality and improving user experience.

12. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code;

• Use bots, automation, scraping tools, or unauthorized scripts;

• Interfere with the security, operation, or stability of the Service;

• Circumvent subscription, Coin, or payment systems;

• Abuse reporting, moderation, or community systems;

• Use the Service for unlawful purposes;

• Violate applicable laws or regulations.

13. Account Suspension and Termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the Service if:

• You violate this Agreement;

• Your activity poses risks to other users or the Service;

• We are required to do so by law.

You may delete your account through the app.

When your account is deleted:

• Profile information may be permanently removed;

• Pact and check-in history may be deleted;

• Coin balances may be forfeited;

• Membership benefits may be removed;

• Access to account-related features may be permanently lost.

Certain information may be retained where legally required or necessary for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or legal compliance purposes.

Deleted information may not be recoverable.

14. Intellectual Property

The Service, including software, branding, logos, graphics, designs, and content provided by DoReal, is protected by intellectual property laws.

Except as expressly permitted, you may not reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the Service.

15. Disclaimer

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.

We do not guarantee that:

• The Service will always be available;

• The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free;

• Data will never be lost;

• Any specific results or outcomes will be achieved.

The Service is intended for informational, motivational, accountability, and productivity purposes only.

DoReal does not guarantee achievement of personal goals, habits, productivity improvements, fitness outcomes, or any specific results.

Your use of the Service is at your own risk.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DoReal shall not be liable for:

• Indirect damages;

• Consequential damages;

• Loss of profits;

• Loss of goodwill;

• Loss of data;

• Service interruptions;

• User-generated content or user conduct.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to DoReal during the twelve months preceding the claim.

17. Changes to This User Agreement

We may update this User Agreement from time to time.

Updated versions will be posted at:

Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Agreement.

18. Governing Law

This User Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which DoReal operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
