Ag Awareness Day (Wed Oct 8): Chaperone Grade 3s, help in kitchen, or pack goody bags.
Cereal Food Drive (Thu Oct 9): Collect cereal from schools and bring to fairgrounds.
Gates — West Lawn (Sat–Mon, 3-hr): Busiest gate; welcome guests and keep lines moving.
Gates — Service Access (Sat–Mon, 3-hr): Guide vendors/deliveries; quick check-ins.
Agricultural Barn (Sat–Mon, 2-hr): Run scavenger hunt and stamp passports.
Kitchen (Fri–Sun, 2–3-hr): Prep drinks/food, serve, and tidy.
Floaters (Sat–Mon): Fill in where needed; be our extra hands.
Grounds Crew (Sat–Mon): Keep outdoor areas clean and safe.
Info & Merch Booth (Sat–Mon): Answer questions, encourage surveys, sell merch (seated).
Beer Tent (Sat–Mon): Cash, serve or bar-back — proof of Smart Serve required.
Parade (Sat): Help lineup and support along the route.
