Compressed Bio:
Thanks for visiting my website! I am a 3rd year PhD student in the MIT math department. My advisor is Alex Postnikov, and I am supported by an NSF GRFP and a Dean of Science Fellowship.
Mathematically, my research interests span algebraic combinatorics, including:
Schur polynomials and their variants
Representation theoretic aspects of parking functions
Schubert calculus and the flag variety
My favorite kinds of problems use combinatorial techniques, but have direct algebraic implications (for example, the Horn Problem). I especially like representation theory.
Outside of pure math, my interests include fiction writing, especially sci-fi, and science journalism.

Oriol Solé-Pi doesn't have a website yet. Someday he will, and I'll put a link to it here. For now, here's his fantastic paper on unimodularity and graph soficity.
