How to Request Account Deletion

Please send an email with the following information:

• Full Name

• Registered Email Address

• Registered Phone Number

• Reason for deletion (optional)

Our team will verify your identity before processing the request to ensure the security of your personal information.

Data That Will Be Deleted

Once your request is approved, the following information will be permanently deleted from our system:

• User account information (full name, email address, phone number, and date of birth)

• Account authentication data

• Visit history and medical check-up records associated with your account

Data That May Be Retained

Certain information may be retained if required by applicable laws, regulations, or healthcare record retention obligations.

Processing Time

Account deletion requests will be processed within 7 (seven) business days after successful identity verification.
