Doppler's Dogpatch

Here at Doppler's Dogpatch, our goal is to make exceptional ice cream completely from scratch.

All of our ice cream is made from scratch right here in Durham. We make our own premium mix, hand-selecting all ingredients. Unlike many factory-made mixes, you will find no related additives or stabilizers in our ice cream. As a result, our finished product will be the richest ice cream you've ever tasted, with 22% butterfat and very low overrun.
