One of our flagship products, DooEats, is an online food delivery platform that connects customers with their favourite restaurants, making food ordering fast, convenient, and reliable across Calabar.

Role Overview

We're looking for a proactive, organized, and customer-focused DooEats Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the DooEat platform.

This role is responsible for managing restaurant partners, handling customer complaints, coordinating deliveries, monitoring sales performance, supporting dispatch riders, and ensuring excellent service delivery while driving the growth of the platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operations of the DooEat platform.

• Supervise customer orders from placement to successful delivery.

• Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with restaurant vendors.

• Onboard and train new restaurant partners.

• Coordinate dispatch riders to ensure timely deliveries.

• Monitor vendor and rider performance to maintain service quality.

• Track daily sales and prepare operational reports.

• Work with the marketing team to increase customer orders and platform engagement.

• Ensure all operations comply with company policies and service standards.

• Identify operational challenges and implement practical solutions.

• Represent DooEat professionally while maintaining excellent customer and vendor relationships.

Requirements

• Minimum of HND or Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.

• Experience in operations, customer service, business management, or a related role is an advantage.

• Must be residing in Calabar and not planning to relocate within the next one year.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and digital tools.

• Ability to lead teams and make sound operational decisions.
