Eyes

He pops up a lot but, he is EASY to evade.

All you have to do is NOT look at him or he brings you toward him, and ends your run.

He will randomly spawn throughout the hotel, he can be annoying but easy to evade. 

He is about a 1-10 chance of spawning, not VERY common, but not to Rare.
