Hot Tub

We ask that you take time to read this literature to ensure you experience maximum bathing comfort when using the Hot Tub.

A shower should be taken before use of the Hot Tub to ensure removal deodorants, perfumes, moisturisers, make up and excess body oils.

Flip Flops should be worn when travelling to the Hot Tub to prevent particles picked up on your feet being transferred to the water.

Take care when getting in or out of the Hot Tub and please use the steps provided.

When removing the Hot Tub cover please remember to undo all of the clips. Fold back halfway first, hold firmly and pull lid to the side of the Hot Tub.

Please do not place items on top of the cover and never sit or stand on the Hot Tub cover whether it is on or off the Hot Tub.

Please do not take glasses into the Hot Tub. Plastic containers are more suitable if necessary.

Please respect the other guests and keep noise to a minimum. Playing music outside must be kept to a minimum.

NEVER LEAVE CHILDREN UNATTENDED IN THE HOT TUB

It is not recommended that children under 4 use the Hot Tub as they are unable to regulate their body temperatures.

Water temperatures between 36-40c are considered safe for a healthy adult. Lower temperatures and less soaking times are recommended for children. If you have any medical complaints, please consult with your doctor before using the Hot Tub.

The use of alcohol, drugs or medication before or during Hot Tub use may result in unconsciousness with the possibility of drowning.

Do not use the pool for prolonged periods

Emergency electrical shut off switch can be found on the wall immediately behind the Hot Tub. In event of an emergency relating to the hot tub and it’s use, immediately turn the red switch from “On” to “Off” and this will disable all functions of the hot tub.

Daily inspection routine – for your safety we are required to test the water on a daily basis to ensure it’s fit to bathe in. This test will be carried each day if you are staying for more than one day. Should there be any issues with the suitability of the water you will be verbally advised (if you are present) and if you are not present will leave a note at the entrance to the property to advise when the hot tub will be back in use. In addition to this a notice will be placed on top of the hot tub advising that it is not in use and the cover will be locked shut – until such times as the water is deemed safe to use.

Please make sure that the cover is replaced and secured once you are finished bathing. If it is not replaced, the heat pump will go in to ‘shut down’ mode and will cease heating the water meaning that it may not be warm enough to use.

Please take care and enjoy your bathing!
