Rules

1.  We will not offer any service if there is snow on the ground, or charge for that week.

2. If dogs are left out we will kindly knock and ask that the dogs are brought inside,  if not then we will not clean your yard and you will still be charged the agreed amount.

3. When a heavy amount of rain is being poured, then we will try to reschedule the best we can. If we can not reschedule then you will not be charged for that week.

4. If the way to access your yard is blocked then we will not clean or charge for that week.

5. If the invoice is not taken care of in a timely manner we will not clean until it is paid.

Referral incentive

If someone is interested in our services and you direct them to us and they sign up, we will grant you a free week of cleaning. There is no limit on referrals.
