Doodle Battle Privacy Policy
Effective date: October 19, 2026
Doodle Battle is an Android drawing and play app provided by Alconaba Developers. This policy explains how the app handles drawings, photos, character information, local multiplayer data, and advertising information.
App: Doodle Battle
Android package: com.dot.doodlealive
Privacy contact: leo.a191920@gmail.com
1. Children and families
Doodle Battle is designed for children and families, including children aged 6, with help from a parent or guardian.
Parents and guardians should supervise photo imports and multiplayer sharing. Please avoid putting a child's full name, contact details, school, address, or other private information into a character name or picture.
The app includes grown-up assistance prompts before certain actions. These prompts are not identity verification or a substitute for any parental consent required by applicable law.
2. Drawings and character information
The app stores information needed to create and play with your characters on your device. This includes drawings and cutouts, character names, selected abilities, categories, animation settings, experience points, character-care progress, and app preferences.
Character names are labels for your drawings. A real name is not needed.
Drawing recognition and character animation are processed on the device. These features do not require sending your artwork to an online artificial intelligence service.
The app does not require a Doodle Battle account or sign-in. It does not provide app-managed cloud synchronization or recovery of saved drawings.
Selected character information can leave your device when you approve local multiplayer sharing, as explained below.
3. Photos and camera
Paper Photo lets you select an existing picture or take a picture using your device's camera app, with grown-up assistance.
Doodle Battle uses the picture you choose to create an editable drawing or cutout. It keeps private working copies and source images needed for editing. Importing a picture does not change the original picture in your gallery.
The app does not need access to your entire photo library to use the selected-picture feature. Your camera app and image-provider app may have their own storage, backup, and privacy settings.
Importing a picture does not automatically share it with another player. If you later select a character made from that picture for multiplayer, its processed cutout can be shared after approval.
Camera permission is also used to scan a nearby player's pairing QR code. The camera frames are processed on the device to read the code and are not saved or sent by Doodle Battle. You can enter the full pairing text instead of using the camera.
4. Optional audio features
Read-aloud help uses an installed Android voice that reports offline support. The app passes fixed help text to that voice engine, not your drawings, character names, or typed commands. Written instructions remain available if a suitable voice is unavailable.
Where available, optional spoken commands require microphone permission and an installed on-device recognition service supported by the app. Recognized text is shown for review before use. The app does not save a voice recording or fall back to an online speech recognizer. You can use typing or buttons instead. The installed speech service has its own privacy practices.
5. Local Wi-Fi multiplayer
Play with Friends connects compatible phones on the same local Wi-Fi network. It is not public internet matchmaking.
Before sharing, the app asks for grown-up assistance, pairing-code comparison, and approval of the selected team information.
The other phone receives the selected characters' processed cutouts, names, categories, powers, battle skills, Specials, levels, and selected snacks, together with information needed to run and verify the match. Local network addresses are used to establish the connection.
The multiplayer feature does not send original full-resolution photos, unselected drawings, body-animation control points, or character-care history.
Only share pictures and names you are comfortable showing to the other player. Someone who can see shared content may capture or retain it outside the app. Use a trusted private network and pair only with someone you know.
6. Advertising and Google services
Doodle Battle uses Google AdMob, through the Google Mobile Ads SDK, to display advertisements.
Advertising is configured for child-directed treatment, non-personalized advertising, and general-audience ad content. These settings do not mean that no information is processed.
Google's advertising services may process technical information such as an IP address, which can indicate approximate location, app and advertisement interactions, diagnostics, and permitted device or app identifiers. Google describes purposes including providing advertisements, analytics, and preventing fraud or abuse.
The child-directed settings are intended to prevent transmission of the Android advertising identifier and disable interest-based advertising and remarketing. The app also requests that Google's publisher first-party identifier be disabled.
Drawings, selected photos, and character names are not supplied by the app as advertising-targeting information.

7. Purchases
The version covered by this policy does not process in-app payments. Parent Shop items marked Coming soon are information about planned features, not working purchases.
This policy will need to be updated before payment features that change the app's data practices become available.
8. Retention and deletion
Drawings, imported photo copies, character information, local leaderboard results and thumbnails, player nicknames and avatars, progress, and preferences are stored on your device.
Removing a character removes it from the active collection and attempts to clean up its unused image files. It does not erase related leaderboard names and thumbnails, player profiles, experience and care records, or completed-round records.
Clear canvas replaces the current drawing, not all saved app data. Undo can retain the previous drawing while the app is open. Imported original-photo copies and temporary or editing files can also remain, including after an interrupted import. Original pictures in your gallery are managed separately and are not deleted by clearing the canvas or removing a character.
During local Wi-Fi multiplayer, the other player's received cutouts are kept in memory for the session and are not added to your saved-character collection or local leaderboard. The app clears the session when you leave or the connection ends. Local experience and completed-round records may remain.
To remove all Doodle Battle data held in the app's storage on that device, use Android Settings to clear the app's storage. Uninstalling normally removes that storage as well. This removes saved drawings, characters, profiles, rankings, progress, and preferences, so only do this when you are ready to lose that information. Doodle Battle does not provide a cloud recovery service.
The app requests that Android backup be disabled. Device-manufacturer transfer and migration features can behave differently, so review your device's backup and transfer settings. Clearing app storage does not remove copies already transferred elsewhere.
Deleting local app data does not delete content another person has captured or information already processed by Google. Google's Privacy Policy explains its retention and deletion practices: https://policies.google.com/privacy
If you contact us, we receive your email address, message, and any attachments you choose to send. We use this information to respond to your request.
9. Security
Drawings and saved game information use Android's app-private storage. Keep your device protected and review the information selected before approving multiplayer sharing.
Google states that information collected by its Mobile Ads SDK is encrypted in transit using TLS. This statement concerns Google's advertising connections, not every connection made by the app.
No storage or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure.
10. Your choices and questions
You can choose not to import a photo, use typing or buttons instead of optional microphone input, and avoid multiplayer sharing.
Parents and guardians can contact us with questions about a child's information or to request help with access or deletion. Please describe the issue without sending unnecessary personal information, private photographs, passwords, or identity documents.

11. Policy changes
We may update this policy when the app's features or data practices change. The current policy and its effective date will be published on this page.
