Reading theses four books inspire Donna to share her poems for everyone to read. If she can bring others to Jesus to hear about him though words of love, encouragement and knowing that they are not alone. Donna is very grateful being God servant.

“Footprint” by Margaret Fishback Power 

This book is very powerful about forgiveness and how it helps others to overcome obstacles in their lives. Donna enjoys reading this book. This poem is also very powerful. It is one of Donna's all-time favorite poems. Ones you read the book you will know why. 

The poem “Footprint” is about how God carries us when we are going through so much pain in our lives that we think he is not with us, but he is. He is there with us every day of our lives. Just remember when you see one footprint in the sand that means God is caring you though it all. God is a wonderful God; he will never leave you or forsake you.

“My Heart Christ Home” by Robert Boyd Munger

When Donna first read this book, it caught her attention. It made Donna realize knowing that Christ Jesus is in her heart and in her home. Donna took a hard look at her own heart and in her own home. Is Donna living the Christian life the way Jesus wants her to live or is she living of the world?

So, Donna asks Jesus to take control of everything she owns. Jesus helped Donna to get rid of things that are not his desires for her. He wants her to be pure hearted, and his desires are way better then hers. 

In the Footstep of Jesus, One Man’s Journey, though the Life of Christ.” by Bruce Marchiano

Reading this book and watching the movie "The Gospel According to Matthew" is an amazing story. It was a very emotion book and movie for Donna to read and watch because Bruce Marchiano portrays Jesus so well. He shows the emotion side of Jesus how He love and felt about his apostles who become his friends, and even the ones who betrayed, denied, disowns, and wanted to kill him, he still loves them.

 I Am a Christian” by Thom S. Rainer

Reading this book and doing the workbook is amazing. It gave me insight on how Christians should act, how to have a relationship with Jesus, how to  be closes to your family, and how to have a quite time with Jesus. When I was finish reading the book.  I read it another time and takes notes. I learn new information and being closer to Jesus. 

It made Donna look at Jesus in a new light and when she sees His name she sees a man with so much passion for us. He gave His own life for us, so we don’t have to be on the cross. Donna made it personal for herself that Jesus Christ dies on the cross for her. He gave His life for her so she doesn’t have to be on the cross. Donna accepted Jesus in her heart, and He is her Lord and Savior.
