Donna Rosa Capri is a house furnished according to the rules of Capri taste with new and functional furniture.

It is located in an enchanting and convenient position, just a few meters from the port, the sandy beach of Marina Grande, the typical shops of Capri and the transportation to the Piazzetta of Capri and the center of Anacapri.

The terrace for your exclusive use, accessible from the bedroom, overlooks the bay of Marina Grande and will allow you to breathe the sea breeze and experience the charm of the Capri sea in total relaxation.

Donna Rosa Capri is located on the second floor of the historic Palazzo CACACE, accessible by a typical Capri staircase of 40 steps.

Donna Rosa Capri is divided into two levels:

On the first level you will find a comfortable living room with sofa bed, dining table, flat screen TV, Wi-Fi connection, fully equipped kitchen environment, plus the bathroom with shower.

On the second level there are two independent bedrooms, the first with a king size double bed (170 x 200 cm), the second with a queen size double bed (150 x 200 cm) and a bathroom with toilet.

From the master bedroom you have access to the panoramic terrace equipped with table and chairs.

In this corner, for your exclusive use, you can have breakfast and your meals while enjoying a unique view of the blue sea of the Bay of Capri.

- To ensure the best stay for everyone, we regret that we cannot accept pets.

- The healthiness of the interior of the house is very important to us, we ask you to smoke only outside the terrace and not inside the property.

- The safety of the rooms is ensured by the smoke and carbon monoxide detectors installed in the house, first aid kit, fire extinguisher and video surveillance camera on the outside condominium area.

- The house is equipped with towels, toiletries and shampoo - Hot and cold air conditioning - Broadband Flat Internet - Fully equipped kitchen - Iron with ironing board - Safe - Clothes hangers and hair dryer - Washing machine, oven and fridge freezer.

-Access for guests: Entire apartment with 3 panoramic balconies and equipped solarium overlooking the bay of Marina Grande.

Donna Rosa Capri can be easily reached on foot if arriving by boat, as it is located in the heart of the Marina, just a few dozen metres from the ferry and hydrofoil pier from Naples, Sorrento or the Amalfi Coast.

Guests can reach the house from the Piazzetta of Largo Fontana, in Via Cristoforo Colombo 43, in front of the harbour.

The house is reached by the typical panoramic staircase of 40 steps.

Palazzo Cacace is a historical building where it has not been possible to install a lift. Access for the disabled is not easy.

On request it is possible to use the luggage transport service from the arrival pier to the house (for a fee).

Paid parking for cars and motorbikes is available about 200 metres from the house.
