Cancellation & Reschedule Policy
I understand that schedules can change, and I'm happy to accommodate rescheduling requests with at least 24 hours' notice. However, please note that excessive rescheduling disrupts the availability of services for other clients and can lead to additional fees being added to your next appointment.
Confirmations: As a courtesy, your appointment is confirmed by the scheduling system the day prior and by myself the morning of. However it is your responsibility to know these dates and times to avoid any missed appointment fees.
Appointment Changes: If you need to remove a service from your appointment, please inform me at least 24 hours in advance so l can possibly accommodate another client. If later than 24 hours notice, 50% of the removed service will be charged.
Cancellation: Appointments canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled time may be subject to a cancellation fee of $50, which will be added to the cost of your next appointment.
Late Arrivals: I provide a 10 minute grace period for late arrivals. If more than 10 minutes late, I will need to reschedule your appointment or your appointment will need to be altered to fit the remaining appointment time.
Health Concerns: if you are feeling sick or have been around anyone sick, please let me know so we can reschedule you for everyone's safety.
I understand that emergencies and unexpected situations arise and I will always try my best to work with my clients to accommodate them. I value your time and commitment and this policy allows me to keep my schedule open and accessible to everyone.
