The house is located close to the city centre on one of the most panoramic road of Naples.
The entire place has been recently refurbished, is large and bright and has direct access to the private terrace.
The apartment has been designed to accommodate groups of friends or large families who want to travel together.
The apartment comprises of 4 good sized bedrooms, 3 bathrooms (one en suite, two separate) a large kitchen with living area, tv, free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, independent heating system.
Large balconies overlook the street and give plenty of light to the space.
All bathrooms are equipped with shower, hairdryer, wc, bidet, and basin. Bath linen, shower towels and soap are included.
The apartment has been designed to accommodate up to 8 people. It is possible to request a baby bed without additional costs.
The house is located close to the city centre, on the panoramic Corso Vittorio Emanuele, from which you can admire hundreds of domes, the Quartieri Spagnoli, the vulcano Vesuvius and the Gulf of Naples.
The property is located in an historical building of the early 1900s and it’s on the mezzanine floor without lift access.
Donna Raffa is an excellent location to explore Naples from. Just few hundred meters from the Funicolare Centrale or Montesanto train station and very close to the old town (Spaccanapoli and Decumani) and Via Toledo and Piazza Plebiscito.
Affiliated Parking are available near the house.
