I'm an assistant professor in the Department of Industrial and Systems Engineering at the Mississippi State University.

My research integrates advanced statistical, optimization, and machine learning methods for data analysis and decision-making in complex systems. I address limited data availability and data complexity by leveraging available data together with system knowledge, such as spatial correlations and governing physics, to enable accurate system evaluation and prediction, real-time monitoring, and adaptive resource allocation. With a focus on both theoretical guarantees and practical effectiveness, my research has broad applications in areas such as manufacturing, environmental, and service systems. 

I'm actively recruiting motivated Ph.D. students to begin in Spring or Fall 2027. The Ph.D. positions will be fully funded.
