Lang Ming is a blind boy who lives quietly with his mother in the mountains. Though he cannot see, he dreams of becoming strong enough to protect her. When demonic spirit beasts attack their village and his mother is taken, Lang Ming begins a journey to save her. Along the way, he discovers that he holds a mysterious power—the Wind Spirit—an ancient force tied to the fate of the world.

With the help of a silent warrior named Zhi Yan, Lang Ming faces monsters, hidden truths, and the pain of growing up. He must learn to trust his own strength and awaken the guardian within him.
