The Rules

When ordering from us please keep in mind we are real people with real lives. We do this because we enjoy Dragon Adventures and the theme communities. We do our best to be fast in our services but sometimes we get busy or we have multiple orders, of many sizes, at a time. 

• Do not message us several times a day about your order. One of us will reach out as soon as it's ready. 

• If you choose coins, it will ALWAYS be Player Exchange method only!

• If you do NOT want cosmetics, you will have to let us know on the order form! There is a question directly asking for your input! If you do not tell us, we will assume you are okay with any cosmetic. 

• We will hold onto orders for 1 week (7 days) after the order is ready for pick up (this means after we reach out). After that we will release or sell the dragons and you will have to submit another order. We understand that life happens so please communicate with us if you need more time and we may allow extensions on smaller orders.

• We will allow cancelations/missed pick ups of large orders(40+ dragons) once! If you order again and not pick up/cancel a second time you will be added to our wall of shame. We understand overspending or not having enough space and we're happy to work with you on that.

• For orders where you'd like us to grow, we are ONLY accepting Coins (PE Method), Color/Material Potions, Coconuts, and Swaps! The other options will be for non-growing orders.
