DoneSnap Terms of Use

Welcome to DoneSnap. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the DoneSnap application and related services ("DoneSnap," "the App," "we," "us," or "our").

By downloading, accessing, or using DoneSnap, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the App.

1. About DoneSnap

DoneSnap is a productivity application designed to help users organize tasks, create reminders, and optionally capture photos as confirmation that tasks have been completed.

DoneSnap is provided for personal productivity and organizational purposes. It is not intended to provide medical, psychological, legal, financial, or other professional advice.

2. Eligibility and Use of the App

You agree to use DoneSnap only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You may not:

• Use DoneSnap for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes.

• Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the operation of the App.

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App, its systems, or related services.

• Copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works of the App except where permitted by applicable law.

• Use the App in a manner that infringes the rights of another person or entity.

• Use the App to store or transmit content that is unlawful or violates applicable laws.

Your license to use DoneSnap is limited, non-transferable, and subject to Apple's applicable App Store usage rules and these Terms.

3. Tasks, Photos, and User Content

DoneSnap allows you to create tasks, reminders, and other information and may allow you to capture or store photographs associated with your tasks ("User Content").

You are responsible for the User Content you create, capture, or store using DoneSnap.

You represent that you have the necessary rights and permissions to create, store, and use any User Content you add to the App.

You should not use DoneSnap to store content that you do not have the right to possess, use, or store.

You are responsible for maintaining appropriate backups of important information. We do not guarantee that User Content will always be available or preserved.

4. Subscriptions

DoneSnap offers optional auto-renewable subscriptions that provide access to premium features.

The available subscription options may include:

• Monthly Subscription: $2.99 per month

• Yearly Subscription: $19.99 per year

Prices may vary by country or region and may be updated from time to time.

Subscription prices and applicable taxes are displayed through Apple's App Store before purchase.

Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew unless you cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.

Your Apple account will be charged for the applicable renewal price within 24 hours before the current subscription period ends.

You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple Account's subscription settings.

5. Free Trial

DoneSnap may offer a free trial for eligible subscription plans.

When a free trial is offered, the applicable trial duration and the price that will apply after the trial are displayed before you complete the purchase.

Unless you cancel your subscription in accordance with Apple's applicable cancellation procedures before the trial period ends, your subscription will automatically renew at the applicable subscription price.

Eligibility for free trials may be determined by Apple and may vary based on your purchase history or other applicable conditions.

6. Lifetime Purchase

DoneSnap may also offer a one-time, non-consumable purchase that provides lifetime access to designated premium features.

The Lifetime purchase is not a subscription and does not automatically renew.

The availability and specific features included with the Lifetime purchase are described in the App at the time of purchase.

7. Payments and Billing

All purchases made through DoneSnap are processed through Apple's App Store payment system.

We do not directly process or store your Apple payment information.

By making a purchase, you authorize Apple to charge the applicable payment method associated with your Apple Account.

Prices are displayed before purchase and may vary by country or region.

8. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel an active DoneSnap subscription through your Apple Account subscription settings.

Cancelling a subscription generally prevents future renewal but does not necessarily provide a refund for the current subscription period.

Refund requests are handled according to Apple's applicable refund policies and procedures.

DoneSnap does not control Apple's payment processing or refund decisions.

9. Changes to Subscriptions and Features

We may modify, add, or remove features from DoneSnap from time to time.

If a subscription includes access to a particular premium feature, we will make reasonable efforts to provide the benefits represented at the time of purchase during the applicable subscription period, subject to these Terms and applicable law.

We may change subscription pricing in accordance with Apple's applicable App Store procedures and applicable law.

10. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us.

Our Privacy Policy explains what information DoneSnap collects, how information may be used, and how information is handled.

11. Notifications and Reminders

DoneSnap may use notifications to provide task reminders and other app-related notifications.

You are responsible for enabling notifications and configuring reminder settings appropriately on your device.

We do not guarantee that every notification will be delivered at a particular time or that notifications will always be delivered.

Device settings, operating-system behavior, connectivity, battery settings, and other factors may affect notification delivery.

12. Availability and Service Interruptions

We strive to keep DoneSnap available and functioning properly, but we do not guarantee that the App will always be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

DoneSnap may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, updates, technical problems, network issues, device problems, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

13. Disclaimer

DoneSnap is provided for general productivity and organizational purposes.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DoneSnap is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory.

We do not guarantee that the App will meet your specific requirements, operate without interruption, or be completely free of errors.

DoneSnap does not provide medical, psychological, healthcare, legal, financial, or other professional advice.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of DoneSnap.

This includes, without limitation, loss of data, loss of profits, loss of business opportunities, or inability to access information stored in the App.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

15. Intellectual Property

DoneSnap and its original software, design, branding, graphics, text, and other content are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Except as expressly permitted by these Terms or applicable law, you may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our intellectual property.

You retain ownership of your User Content.

16. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to DoneSnap if you materially violate these Terms or use the App in a manner that may harm the App, other users, or us.

You may stop using DoneSnap at any time.

Termination does not affect rights or obligations that by their nature should survive termination.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

When we make changes, we may update the effective date shown at the top of this page.

Your continued use of DoneSnap after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.

18. Apple's Role

DoneSnap is distributed through Apple's App Store.

Apple is not responsible for providing maintenance or support services for DoneSnap.

To the extent required by Apple's applicable terms, Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce applicable provisions of these Terms against you.

Your use of DoneSnap is also subject to Apple's applicable App Store and Apple Media Services terms and conditions.

19. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which the developer or applicable business entity operates, except to the extent otherwise required by applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer rights that cannot legally be waived or restricted.
