This Privacy Policy explains how Done: Daily Task Planner handles information when you use the app.
Done: Daily Task Planner is designed as a private personal task-management app. We do not sell your data, use advertising SDKs, track you across apps or websites, or use third-party analytics or crash-reporting services.
Done: Daily Task Planner stores the information you create or configure in the app, including:
tasks, lists, subtasks, and notes
due dates, reminder times, priorities, and completion status
list names, icons, colors, and ordering
your first name, if you choose to enter it
app preferences such as theme, accent color, layout, onboarding state, default reminder time, and notification settings
This information is used only to provide the app’s features.
Local Storage
Your app data is stored locally on your device using Apple platform storage.
We do not operate our own server for storing your tasks, lists, or notes.
Done: Daily Task Planner uses Apple iCloud and CloudKit to sync your tasks and lists across your Apple devices when iCloud is available and enabled for your Apple ID.
Your synced data is handled through Apple’s iCloud infrastructure. We do not have direct access to your iCloud task data.
Your use of iCloud is also governed by Apple’s privacy policy and iCloud terms.
If you enable notifications, Done: Daily Task Planner uses Apple’s local notification system to schedule task reminders on your device.
We do not use push notification servers for task reminders.
You can manage notification permissions in iOS Settings.
Done: Daily Task Planner may display selected task or list information in widgets or app extensions.
Widget data is read from the app’s local/shared storage on your device. It is not sent to a Done: Daily Task Planner server.
Depending on your widget configuration and iOS settings, task information may be visible on your device screen.
Done: Daily Task Planner may offer paid features or subscriptions.
Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive your full payment card details.
Apple may provide purchase status or entitlement information so the app can unlock paid features.
Subscriptions can be managed through your Apple ID subscription settings.
If you contact us for support, we may receive the information you choose to provide, such as your message, contact details, screenshots, app version, or device information.
We use this information only to respond to your request and provide support.
Done: Daily Task Planner does not use third-party analytics, advertising, tracking, or crash-reporting SDKs.
We do not track you across apps or websites.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.
We do not share your task content with advertisers, analytics providers, or data brokers.
Information may be disclosed only if required by law or necessary to protect legal rights.
You can delete tasks and lists inside the app.
You can remove app data from your device by deleting the app. If iCloud sync is enabled, you may also need to manage or delete iCloud data through Apple’s iCloud settings.
Support messages are retained only as long as reasonably needed to respond to your request, maintain records, or comply with legal obligations.
Done: Daily Task Planner is not directed to children under 13.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.
