Don Carlos is our favorite chef with an entrepreneurial heart who always loved to cook for friends and family. All who tried his food told him to open his own restaurant. When he moved to Prague from Peru the idea to open his own restaurant was in the plan. He started as a cook for restaurants like La Patrona, Wing Haus, LasKafe, etc Now the day to make his dream come true is here!!! He loves good grill, good meat and veggies, asian wok and a tropical style with his peruvian touch. His speciallities are traditional homemade mediterranean recipes and tex-mex food.

Fun fact : don Carlos paid half of his university by selling the best Piňa Coladas in Lima and he is a gourmand not only in food but also in the fine drinking.
