My journey in the restaurant industry began in November 2019, and since then, I’ve worn many hats — from busboy and runner to server, cook, bartender, and manager. Over the years, I’ve had the incredible opportunity to be part of opening three restaurants, each one teaching me valuable lessons about food, service, and leadership.
Now, I’m proud to bring all that experience and passion into every dish I serve from our food truck. Cooking isn’t just my job — it’s my way of connecting with people, sharing flavors, and creating moments that matter. Every plate I serve is a reflection of hard work, dedication, and love for what I do.

It all started back in 2019, at the very first restaurant I ever worked at. That’s where I met Ashly, the woman who would change my life forever. Between the hustle of the restaurant and long hours, a simple work connection turned into something real.
In 2022, we got married. And in 2023, we welcomed our greatest blessing: our son, "Benji". His arrival gave us the motivation to dream bigger, work harder, and build something of our own.
That’s how Mariscos Don Benji was born — not just a business, but a family legacy in the making. Every plate we serve is made with love, hard work, and the hope of building something lasting for our family.
