Indian Artist in Bahrain | Contemporary Figurative Style

Inspired by my mother, I have been drawing since childhood. Though life first led me into another profession, art always remained close to my heart. After moving to Bahrain with my husband, whose work brought us here, I returned to painting during the pandemic with his constant support and encouragement. Today, I practice as a full-time artist in Bahrain.

Artist Statement:

Working in a contemporary figurative style, my paintings explore human connection, memories, emotion, culture and everyday moments through bold lines and vivid color. Influenced by experiences across different cultures, including time spent in the UK, I create artworks that reflect shared stories and emotional depth.
