CURRICULUM VITAE
REFLECTION IN FS1 AND FS2
Starting a journey is a brave decision that strengthens your resolve to continue. The only way to learn is to expose oneself to the process that learning entails. Even though a good outcome is never assured, I must admit that it will always be worthwhile. There are several preparations that must be undertaken as a future educator if you want to be a successful one. The standards were so high that they required you to always conduct yourself professionally, serve as a role model for your students, and exhibit modesty, and other qualities. These are some requirements for teachers because of the "stigma" society has placed on them. In my instance, I have absolutely no issues with that notion. I would, however, maintain my stance that since no two instructors are alike, we are all equally special. Each of us has a unique perspective on life, how we interact with pupils, and other things, regardless of who we are as individuals, the way we treat our pupils, and how we teach them to the best of our abilities. In answer to this issue, this course has really aided me in improving my prospects for the future as a teacher. Field Study 1 focuses on the individual experiences students gain through engaging with issues and activities from the outside world. Student instructOrs must engage in teaching scenarios where the ideas, concepts, techniques, approaches, and tactics they have studied are put into practice. The purpose of field study is to give education majors practical learning opportunities where they can observe, verify, consider, and participate in the dynamics of the teaching-learning process as it occurs in conventional classroom settings. I can without a doubt say that this course has improved my teaching abilities. Despite the fact that this was done/happen in face-to-face classes. Other than that, despite how difficult it is academically, I am incredibly grateful for this topic. I developed my capacity for patience, creativity, passion, and innovation. Being a student-teacher, I have never managed in-person classes before. The fact that I was able to put what I had learned into practice and use the lessons our mentors had taught us made this journey even more fascinating for me. Overall, I felt that this first Field Study Course was really helpful to me Making PowerPoint presentations was both tough and enjoyable, writing lesson plans and waiting for my critic to approve them, and finally, teaching it to my grade 2 pupils was a struggle. As a student- teacher, those are merely the "tip of the iceberg" in my opinion, Behind those are the restless nights, unforeseen breakdowns, demanding days, etc. that made it good up until this point-as I write this- and made it worthwhile in the end. I genuinely think such things are essential for my development and that I might someday make a fantastic teacher. I's critical for teachers to feel at ease at work because doing so will make it harder to complete tasks effectively. One of the main reasons I want to work in education is because it was such a great experience to be among the students and be able to assist them. Being a global teacher necessitates a lot of preparation. I discovered that preparation and classroom management are the two factors that distinguish a good teacher from a bad one. As a future teacher someday I must be responsible at all times. Furthermore while observing students I learn not only how to become the teacher I want to be but also how to grow myself as a student and boost my own learning.
Participation and Teaching Assistantship, or FS 2, will bring us to the realities of what means to be a teacher and what teaching are all about. It will provide experiential support for our previously completed Field Study 1 and foundation professional education courses. Another new experiences, adventures and
knowledge are waiting for us in this Field Study book. During my fieldwork, I realize how much teachers do to bring up a good education to the students and maintain the safe and positive learning environment.
All interactions with the students and teachers must have professional manners. I’ve realized in this course that educations never stop. This course will guide us in a right way to become effective teacher. As a future teacher, it will be our bridge towards successful dream career. Further, this course is full of knowledge that can bring to us on how to become a teacher we desire to be as well as how to be a better version of ourselves and improve our learning and teaching skills. I know it will be stressful and hard to do a portfolio in this course but I know it will be worth it if I will be patience and hard work. As a future teacher, I have to study and acquire information about what field study book is all about which will provides us with knowledge and learning in order for me to be equipped and empowered teacher. From weakness to strength, negative to positive, from self-pity to self-confident and from non-essentialist to essentialist is what I want to achieve to my future students as well as a teacher, through this, I can say that I’m truly globally competitive and professional one.
