How do I connect to a VPN server? Open DomVPN, choose a location from the server list, and tap Connect. The status indicator turns green once you're protected.
How do I cancel my subscription? Subscriptions are managed through the Apple App Store, not inside DomVPN. Go to Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions on your iPhone, select DomVPN, and tap Cancel Subscription.
Why isn't DomVPN connecting? Try switching to a different server location, check your internet connection, and confirm the app has VPN permissions enabled in iOS Settings → General → VPN & Device Management.
Do you offer refunds? Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
