As the parent, you must be willing to be on the deck of the pool, whether yours or a public pool. You may not be directly next to the lesson, as this may distract your child.
Pricing will be as listed on the page and will not be discounted.
Rec Classes are limited to children above the age of 7.
Rec classes will be held at McDowell Mountain Ranch Aquatic Park.
Tutoring sessions will be scheduled by the person I am tutoring.
Parents will be required to pay for the tutoring of those under 18. If it is found that a child under 18 paying for the sessions, the money will be returned directly to them and the parent will be required to pay instead.
Level of the person will be determined on the first session of tutoring.
In-person tutoring will be done at the nearest city of Scottsdale library to you, in one of the study rooms. (If you live outside of the Phoenix and Scottsdale area, I recommend booking an online session.)
Online tutoring will be done either through Zoom or Google Meet with a ten minute window to be able to join. (5 before and 5 after the scheduled meeting time)
Online classes are prepaid.
Alcohol consumption is permitted, however, I have the ability to prevent people from entering the pool if I believe it to be unsafe. (See contract)
I will provide my own water and, if necessary, snacks depending on how long I will be there.
(Parties) I am allowed to take 1, 10 minute break per hour and will have everyone get out of the pool during the break for their safety.
(Small Groups) I am allowed to take 1, 5-8 minute break per hour and will have everyone get out of the pool OR designate a person to watch the water during the break. (See contract)
Pay will be given at the end of the session that I am lifeguarding.
