ABOUT ME

Hi there! 

I'm Dominique, an 18-year-old, passionate 2D/3D (concept) artist. Ever since my childhood, I have loved making illustrations. Nowadays my focus is on concept art rather than illustration. My passion for concept art comes from creating new and interesting designs/concepts that touch people. I have always been fond of the idea of making something out of nothing. With today's 3D tools, we can not only sketch those concepts, but actually implement them in such things as games! Isn't that just awesome!

There's a quote that goes like this : "Eleanor was right: She never looked nice. She looked like art, and art wasn't supposed to look nice; it was supposed to make you feel something." and I couldn't agree more. While good technical skills are obviously essential to convey your design, the actual design is the most important thing in my eyes. This is something I always try to keep in mind when doing what I do.
