To order a cue, visit the Design Your Custom Cue  page and fill out the consultation form. Once submitted, we’ll Schedule your consultation and contact you to confirm dates to start the process. 

Build time depends on the cue type, complexity, and current workload.
Typical timelines are: 3-5 weeks

Yes. A non-refundable deposit is required for all full custom builds. This covers materials, planning, and scheduling time for your cue. 

Absolutely. You can upload your own sketches, drawings, screenshots, color ideas, or reference cues.

Prices vary by cue line:

• Amateur: $250–$450
  
  

• Semi-Pro: $450–$700
  
  

• Pro: $550–$900
  
  

• Limited Edition: $700–$1,200
  
  

• Special Edition: $850–$1,400
  
  

• Royal Edition: $1,000–$1,800

We accept PayPal. Payment plans are available depending on the build timeline. 

We work with a variety of premium materials, including:

• Exotic woods such as; Maple, Purpleheart, Walnut, Cocobolo, Bocote, Ebony
  
  

• Epoxy hybrids

• Phenolic components
  
  

All materials are hand-selected for quality and stability.

Most Dominion Cues feature a CA (cyanoacrylate) finish, known for superior hardness, gloss, and moisture resistance. Other finishes are available by request. 

Yes — international shipping is available. Rates may vary depending on location and carrier. 

We typically ship via USPS Priority or UPS Ground. FedEx is available upon request. All cues are shipped with tracking and insurance. 

For CA finishes:

• Wipe with a microfiber cloth
  
  

• Avoid chemical cleaners
  
  

• Never leave in hot cars
  
  

• Keep stored in a cue case
  
  

For shaft maintenance, regular cleaning every 2–4 weeks is recommended.

We offer repairs, re-finishing, shaft conditioning, ferrule work, and tip replacement. Contact us directly for repair quotes. 

Custom cues are non-refundable because they are built to your unique specifications. However, we always work with customers to resolve any build issues. 

Yes. All Dominion Cues products include a warranty covering:

• Material defects
  
  

• Craftsmanship issues
  
  

It does not cover heat damage, moisture exposure, warping from improper storage, or misuse.
