With a Civil Engineering degree from Enugu State University of Science and Technology, she shifted her career to follow her love for culinary arts. Chef Nneka specialises in African and intercontinental cuisine and is the founder of Dolphin Restaurant Limited in Abuja, a continuation of her family's legacy started over 50 years ago by her mother in Enugu.
