After receiving the enquiry, the first step was to visit the site and evaluate the possibilities of the lift and its model.

The challenge was, it has no lift provision. At one probable location all the sides had working windows. NO PIT, NO HEAD ROOM and NO WALLS.

At our first visit itself, in few minutes, we could visualize the lift running.

The first step is to take the customer into confidence as there search has been long and tiresome with no as answers. Hence to convince the customer, we showed our existing lift very near to their site condition. After visiting the site the customer gave the assent.
