Hello Dr. Carbajal- I wanted to check in and provide you with a health update since i had to return to Tampa Florida to take care of some personal items so that i can rest a little better while in Lima - firstly, i have been feeling the best i have felt since i can remember and believe it's a direct result of changing my medications and the extra attention you provide to me. - you have been a fantastic health care physician and will come down for an office visit and procedure as my medication runs out.. Miss and wish you well and look forward to getting back to Lima
