Dollar Tree employees have access to HR services like work schedules, time and attendance, payroll information, paystubs, leave management, training & development, and IT & helpdesk support. It increases the work-life balance, which amplifies employee satisfaction and engagement levels.

Login To Dollar Employee Compass

We are going to walk you through the process of logging in to the dollar tree compass in a way that is simple. We ask that you carefully follow our Login instructions.

Desktop Version

• Visit : https://compassmobile.dollartree.com/ from any browser.

• The “Login page” appears on middle of the screen.

 Enter your credentials like registered email address / username and password.

• • Your password is the first four characters of your username (lowercase) followed by the last four digits of your SSN.

  • For example, if username is kevindavid the password is kevi4574

• Click on “Login” button.

• Once your credentials are validated, you can access your account dashboard.

Mobile App

• Open the Compass Mobile App from your phone browser.

• Logiin is required.

• Enter the default login credentials (WFM Username & Password)

• Tap on “Login” button

• Once you access their dashboard, they can view the work schedule, request time off etc.

If you can’t log in, don’t worry! Get login issues fixed using these troubleshooting tips:

Use Second/Desktop Version

• Visit the official website : https://compassmobile.dollartree.com/pwm/action/employeeLogin

• Logins is necessary

• Enter your registered username & password.

• Hit the “Login” button.

Reset Password

If you can’t remember your old password! Now you can quickly reset your password; just follow the steps HERE.

• Visit : https://compassmobile.dollartree.com/pwm/action/employeeLogin

• Enter your registered username & password

• Click on “Reset” button.

• Please enter your Username & Continue.

• Then registered email address & continue.

• Then Give the answer for the security questions asked.

• Once you entered the right answers, the password reset mail will be sent to your email address.

• Now set strong password (consists of Uppercase, lower case, special characters, symbols)

• Come back to “Login Screen” and enter your username & new password.
