This Privacy Policy explains how Dollar Art Club (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information when you use our mobile applications, websites, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). It applies to all apps published by Dollar Art Club, including but not limited to: AI ArtPatch, AI Cat Canvas, AI Date Night, AI Generative Art, AI HEP One, AI Punchline, AI Rap Name Generator, AI Trace Race, AR ArtMash.
If you do not agree with this Policy, please do not use the Services.

Account & profile data: name, username, display name, email, phone (optional), profile photo/avatars, bio, preferences.
User-generated content (UGC): posts, images, comments, likes, ratings, messages, and any metadata attached to them.
Customer support: emails, chat messages, feedback forms, and attachments.
Transactions (where applicable): purchase history, subscription status, receipts, and limited billing metadata from app stores (we do not store full payment card numbers).
Device & app info: device model, OS version, app version, language, time zone, settings.
Identifiers: device identifiers (e.g., Android Advertising ID / IDFA), app instance ID, Firebase Installation ID.
Usage data: features used, screens viewed, session duration, in-app events.
Log data & diagnostics: crash logs, performance data, error reports, and IP address.
Authentication providers (e.g., Google/Apple/Facebook Sign-In): basic profile info and auth tokens.
Analytics & crash reporting: Google Analytics for Firebase, Firebase Crashlytics.
Payments & subscriptions: Google Play Billing, Apple In-App Purchases, RevenueCat (subscription status/entitlements).
Attribution & referrals: Branch.io (if enabled) for deep links and referral analytics.
Advertising partners (e.g., Google AdMob) if the app is ad-supported, including ad identifiers and high-level engagement metrics.

We use information to:
Provide, operate, personalize, and improve the Services.
Create and manage accounts, profiles, subscriptions, and purchases.
Enable social/UGC features (posting, commenting, messaging, likes, follows).
Maintain safety, prevent fraud/abuse, moderate content, and enforce policies.
Send service communications (e.g., receipts, changes, security alerts).
Provide customer support.
Perform analytics, debugging, and product research.
Show or measure ads (if applicable) and understand campaign effectiveness.
Comply with legal obligations and requests from authorities.
Legal bases (EEA/UK): performance of contract; legitimate interests (e.g., security, analytics); consent (where required, e.g., personalized ads); and legal obligation.
We and our providers may use cookies, local storage, mobile SDKs, and similar technologies to operate essential features, measure usage, improve performance, and (if enabled) deliver/measure advertising. On supported platforms, you can opt out of personalized ads via device settings (e.g., “Limit Ad Tracking” / “Opt out of Ads Personalization”). Consent prompts may appear where required.
We may share information with:
Service providers/Processors (hosting, analytics, crash reporting, messaging, payments, customer support) under contracts that protect your data.
Other users when you post UGC or interact publicly (e.g., comments, profiles).
Business transfers (merger, acquisition, sale of assets).
Legal & safety: to comply with law, enforce terms, or protect rights, safety, and security.
With your consent: when you ask us to share or integrate with third-party services.
We do not sell personal information for money. If we “share” for cross-context behavioral advertising under CPRA, your rights and opt-out are described below.
You are responsible for UGC you submit. Do not post personal/sensitive data you prefer not to be public.
We may moderate, remove, or restrict UGC that violates our Terms or policies.
Zero-tolerance for CSAE: We prohibit child sexual abuse material and exploitation. Violations are removed and reported to authorities. See our CSAE Policy: https://sites.google.com/view/dollar-art-club/csae-policy.
Our Services are not directed to children under 13 (or the age of digital consent in your region, e.g., 16 in parts of the EEA). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us at allan@dollarartclub.art and we will take appropriate action (including deletion and account termination).
We retain information for as long as necessary to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Typical retention:
Account data: retained while the account is active, then deleted or anonymized within a reasonable period.
UGC: remains while your account is active or until you delete it (copies may persist in backups for a limited time).
Logs & analytics: kept for shorter, business-necessary periods.
We implement administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information (e.g., encryption in transit, access controls, least-privilege). No system is 100% secure; please use strong passwords, keep them confidential, and promptly notify us of any suspected unauthorized access.
We may process and store information in countries outside your own. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards (e.g., Standard Contractual Clauses) to protect cross-border transfers.
Manage permissions (camera, photos, microphone, contacts, notifications) via device settings.
Reset or limit ad identifiers in device settings.
Toggle personalized ads/consents where provided.
Depending on your region, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, port, restrict, or object to processing; and to withdraw consent.
EEA/UK (GDPR): You may object to processing based on legitimate interests and request access/correction/erasure/portability/restriction. You can lodge a complaint with your local Data Protection Authority.
California (CCPA/CPRA): You have rights to know/access, correct, delete, and opt-out of “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not sell personal info for money.
Virginia/Colorado/Connecticut/Utah and similar laws: Comparable rights may apply.
To exercise rights, contact allan@dollarartclub.art and include your app, region, and request type. We may verify your identity.
If our app uses personalized advertising, you can opt out by:
Using in-app privacy settings (if available).
Changing device ad preferences.
Contacting us at allan@dollarartclub.art with “Ad Opt-Out” and your Advertising ID.
We will honor applicable opt-out requests under CPRA and similar laws.
You can request deletion by:
Using the in-app Delete Account option (if available), or
Emailing allan@dollarartclub.art with the subject “Account Deletion – [Your App Name]” from the same email used in the app.
We’ll delete personal information (and instruct processors to delete it) subject to legal retention obligations. Note: certain transactional records (e.g., tax/financial) may be retained as required by law.
We may send push notifications and email about your account, features, and updates. You can disable push notifications in device settings and unsubscribe from marketing emails via the link provided. Service/transactional messages are essential and may continue.
The Services may link to third-party sites or offer integrations. Your interactions with third parties are governed by their policies, not ours. Review their privacy practices before engaging.
We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the app, our website, or email. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Policy.

Purposes: service delivery, security, debugging, analytics, personalization (if applicable), compliance.
Sharing/Selling: We do not sell personal information for money. We may share for cross-context behavioral advertising (ads) where used; you can opt out as described above.
Retention: as described in Section 7.
