We welcome custom orders! Please contact us to discuss what you’re looking for. All custom orders require a 50% deposit to confirm the order.
If you cancel...
...more than 14 days prior to service date, 75% of your total order will be returned as store credit. If any balance is pending, it will be due immediately.
…more than 7 days prior to service date, 50% of your total order will be returned as store credit. If any balance is pending, it will be due immediately.
…less than 7 days prior to service date, no refund will be granted and any remaining balance will be due.
Changes to orders must be made at least 7 days prior to service date.
Change and Cancellation policies do not apply to rush orders made within 7 days of service date and no refund can be issued.
Once your completed order has been accepted by you, or a designated party, we are no longer responsible for any damages that may occur during transport, storage, or set-up. You will be provided with proper handling instructions upon pick up/delivery.
A full refund cannot be issued after an order is accepted. You may be eligible for a partial refund, in the form of store credit, if the order is deemed not up to standard. Eligibility for a partial refund will be determined upon the return of your full order. No refund will be issued beyond 48 hours past pick up/delivery.
All of our products are made from scratch, right down to weighing and mixing the various gluten free flours. Our orders are baked and decorated (if applicable) to order according to your instructions.
Please keep in mind, flavors and textures are subjective. Returns requested due to flavor or texture will not be issued. You may qualify for a partial refund, in the form of store credit, if your item(s) are returned and determined by Dolci Belli to be below standard. Orders must be returned within 48 hours of pick-up or delivery to be eligible for review.
