LogBB_Pred

LogBB_Pred is a machine learning model to predict BBB permeability (logBB) of drug candidates.

LogBB_Pred predicts the absolute value of BBB permeability, logBB, that is the concentration of the drug in the brain divided by the concentration in the blood. The prediction server of LogBB_Pred is available at https://ssbio.cau.ac.kr/software/logbb_pred
