Attorney General Dove Moss
Attorney General Dove Moss
The current Attorney General is the Honourable Dove Moss. The Attorney General is the head of the San Andreas Department of Justice and is responsible for all practicing attorneys, investigators, peace officers, and other employees under the Department.
The Attorney General stands by the goal of enforcing and applying the laws fairly and impartially to all those who break them. As well as, ensuring justice, safety, and liberty for all citizens.
Honourable Judge Shawn Smith
Honourable Judge Shawn Smith
The current Judge is the Honourable Shawn Smith. The role of a judge is to uphold the law and be unbiased in their decision making. A judge has several different duties such as presiding over cases, deciding sentences, performing expungements, issuing warrants, among other duties.
Defense Attorney, Richard Arthur
Meet our Defense Attorney Richard Arthur. Defense Attorneys are there for more pressing legal issues such as civil cases, expungements, criminal cases, and more involved legal work. Defense attorneys are also able to create their own law firm and legal team. Defense attorneys may also take on cell cases if a public defender is not readily available and make a set rate per case from the local government once a case has been completed, regardless of outcome.

Meet our Paralegals. They are an individual with the ability to work on cases under the instruction of someone who is a defense attorney or above. A paralegal is a role which does not require taking the bar and will work alongside an attorney to draft documentation, analyze witness testimony, assist with interviewing witnesses, and other tasks which help an attorney.
