Why are we doing here?
Our recent time spent creating designs at home, got us re-thinking ways of making models, ways that were quick, easy to do at home and utilised existing knowlege and facilities available to us. "What will be the approach to 'making' from now on? To get students to reimagine their workspaces at home, as a maker space."
We're all in this together!
This site is an offshoot of the original "My Makerspace" site. Soumitri from RMIT University, Melbourne originally made the "My Makerplace" site for his industrial design students and then graciously gave us his template to replicate in our context. You can look up his site here https://sites.google.com/view/my-makerspace/home We are working with a common goal of creating these sites in learning spaces across the world, to beneifit from our collective knowledge.
Coming soon...links for others-like-us across the world!
