Membership:
Dogwood Lake memberships are available to any property owner who accesses their property from Kewin Mill Road (from the school) to Oxbow Road North and who pays the required membership fee. The 2025 season newsletter, membership renewals, and updated rules & regulations were sent out to existing members in April. New or lapsed members can download the forms below. Be sure to include your key fob number on the application - we are updating our records and only the provided key fob numbers will be activated for gate entry. Please read the newsletter for other important updates.

Returning memberships were due June 1st.
The fee is now $200 for returning members (NO EXCEPTIONS) and remains $250 for new members.

Picnic Area Reservations:
Members can reserve the upper picnic area for your group by writing your name in on the calendar posted at the lake AND contacting Cynthia Gugg (cynthiagugg@hotmail. com or text 510-329-7013). Please clean up after your event (tables, bathroom, etc.) and be sure to haul out your own garbage.
Announcements:
Be sure to mark the dates below on your calendars to join us for our pot luck BBQ. Meat, buns, condiments, sodas, water, & chips are provided by the Lake Association.
We ask that all attending members please bring a side dish to share.
