Terms and Conditions

Pricing

All prices quoted are based on the following assumptions.

The dogs’ coat is well maintained free of knots, matts and tangles.

The dog is well behaved and shows no signs of aggressive behaviour.

The dog is not overweight or oversized for the breed.

I am happy to work with Nervous / Timid dog, however if there is no improvement in dog over time, extra charges will be incurred due to the extra handling time needed.

Charges WILL be incurred for Matting, Poorly maintained coats and Fleas, all Charges are payable before you leave the salon with your dog.

Please toilet your Dog before your appointment, Charges will be incurred for excessive toileting in the salon and toileting on the Table.

Neglected and Matted Coats

I practice a Strict Humanity before Vanity policy in the salon.

Neglected / Matted coats will be shaved back completely to avoid any further discomfort to your dog.

This is in compliance with The Animal Welfare Act 2006 (Sec 5 – Animals are to be protected from pain, injury and suffering).

This will incur extra charges due to the extra wear and tear on equipment.

Aggressive / Poorly Socialised Dogs

I reserve the right to refuse to groom any Dog I believe may cause injury to itself or me.

If a Dog exhibits any aggressive behaviour the groom will be stopped immediately, and the full fee will be charged.

Time Keeping

I work One on One.

This means your Pet gets all my attention whilst in the Salon and each slot is timed to the individual dog.

Please keep to your appointment times.

Please do not arrive early, likewise please do not be late collecting your dog.

Cancellations and No-Shows

Please give as much notice as possible if you need to change your appointment.

Appointments cancelled with more than 24 hrs notice will be fully refunded.

Cancellations with less than 24 hrs notice will be charged at half the appointment fee.
