We, Doggo Servants, are pet lovers who would like to provide your lovely pet the best pet-sitting experience. Feeling worried that you aren't able to take care of your pet during your absence? No worries, we provide short-term and long-term pet sitting services and we want both pet parents and pets enjoy their own vacation. A: House-sitting

1st Pet: 4,000yen/hour

(2,000yen for each extra 15mins. Transportation fee required)

(For 2nd pet onwards, we only charge 50% of the original price)

B: Pet-sitting

Pet boarding service at pet-sitter's house. 

Small/Medium Breeds: 5,000yen/6 hours

Small/Medium Breeds: 12,000yen/day

Large Breeds: 8,000yen/6 hours

Large Breeds: 15,000yen/day

(For 2nd pet onwards, we only charge 50% of the original price)

Q: Can you shampoo my pet? A: Yes, but we may decline your request depending on the situation. (Additional charges apply.)

Q: Can you cut my pet's nails? A: Yes, but we may decline your request depending on the situation. (Additional charges apply.)

Q: Do you do the trimming? A: We do not trim.

Q: When is the payment timing? A: In principle, this is done at the time of the preliminary meeting.

Q: How can I pay? A:Currently, you can pay by cash, bank transfer, and PayPay.

Q: Can I designate a sitter? A: Yes, you can.

Q: Is it possible to store pets for a long period of time? A: Yes.

Q: Is it possible to have the pet picked up and dropped off using the storage service? A: Yes, it is possible. (Additional charges apply.)

Q: Do you provide support in foreign languages? A: Yes. We have staff who can speak English and Chinese.
